When does disorder turn into chaos?
When disorder gets out of control; when the regular staff cannot fix it; when the everyday rules do not apply; that is true chaos. Is chaos approaching? Are you already there? Then you need help.
What does CHAOS PILOTING mean?
The organizing of the inevitable chaos when companies launch new initiatives, experience explosive growth or need a quick turn-around.
I built a 100 million SEK business unit in 4 months.
I LEAD GROWTH – example #1
In 2023, I established a new business unit in the home battery market, growing it from zero to a 100 million SEK business in just four months.
This interim consultancy role as Head of Battery began with an exploration phase where I tested the offering, identified innovative sales channels, and developed a scalable sales roadmap. I then built and coached an 11-person sales team into an effective force. Crucially, I fostered a stronger team spirit and improved capabilities by introducing common goals, individual targets, and new practices for follow-ups, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing. Additionally, I was appointed as the media spokesperson.
The assignment was extended twice, and under my leadership, battery sales became the company's primary source of revenue.
Martin Tiberg, Chaos Pilot & interim CEO/CXO
I organize chaos – example #2
In the spring of 2020, I stepped in as interim CEO of a life-science company in Stockholm when the former CEO, deputy CEO, head of finance, and the board all departed. During my 7-month term, I rebuilt the company's finance and quality functions, modernized the IT systems (improving security, collaboration, and transparency), renegotiated bad customer contracts, and oversaw the recruitment of key staff. At the end of the year, we had successfully turned losses into profit.
In summary, I structured and organized the company, paving the way for a permanent CEO with extensive industry experience to take over a fully functional business.

What about strategy realization?
I'm glad you asked. In addition to interim leadership roles, I help larger organizations revitalizing their strategies, bringing them to life.
Do you have a strategy problem? Ask three different people at your work place what your most important overall goal is right now. Do they give the same answer? Do they even care?
My friends at Integ Partner has a fantastic 40+ year track record of helping 100+ large multinationals engaging each and every co-worker in the organization's strategy realization. Together we have developed and continually refined methods and tools – what we call the Strategy Engine™ – to drive a cultural shift where everyone's energy and creativity is directed towards the organization's long-term goals.
